Total Body Build and Define

This full body strength class is designed to help you build lean muscle and improve overall definition through focused, intentional training. Using a combination of free weights and bodyweight exercises, you'll work through 5 rounds of three targeted movements, performing 3 sets of each to full fatigue and strengthen every major muscle group.

Expect a controlled progressive format that emphasizes proper form, muscular endurance, and strength development. This class is Ideal for anyone looking to tone, build, and feel stronger. All levels are welcome, with options to modify or level up. come read to lift, focus, and get stronger!
